New on the blog today is a hearty aubergine, mushroom and borlotti bean sauce, which I've served with Schär's new gluten free Bonta D’Italia fresh egg tagliatelle.
As you may have noticed, I’m going through a bit of a pasta theme at the moment… My last savoury recipe on the blog was a pasta dish, and I recently shared another pasta recipe on my Instagram, but that's because it's just too good! The shapes, varieties and sauce choices are endless, so why not?
